The circular foot technique from a turn is another version of the Ura mawashi geri. It is essentially the same technique, except that the Ushiro mawashi geri originates from a body turn, similar to the Ushiro geri.
After another slight turn, a free-fighting stance can be assumed facing the opponent. As usual, guard should be maintained. The target areas of the Ushiro mawashi geri are also the chūdan and jodan, and the climax of the snap is the moment of contact.
