Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Deliveries within Germany and abroad – delivery times and shipping costs based on weight:

GERMANY:

  • Large letter / delivery time usually 1–2 business days: orders 0 kg–0.5 kg: €1.80 EUR

  • Maxi letter / delivery time usually 1–2 business days: orders 0.5 kg–1 kg: €2.90 EUR

  • Parcel with tracking up to 5 kg / delivery time usually 1–2 business days: orders 1 kg–5 kg: €7.90 EUR

  • Parcel with tracking from 5 kg / delivery time usually 1–2 business days: orders 5 kg–62 kg: €16.90 EUR

Deliveries abroad:

  • Parcel with tracking / delivery time usually 5–7 business days: orders 0 kg–5 kg: CHF 38.00

EUROPE:

OUTSIDE THE EU:

  • Large letter / delivery time usually 7–14 business days: orders 0 kg–0.5 kg: €3.30

  • Maxi letter / delivery time usually 7–14 business days: orders 0.5 kg–1 kg: €6.50

USA:

  • Economy 5–8 business days: orders 0 kg–0.5 kg: $3.65

  • Economy 5–8 business days: orders 0.5 kg–1 kg: $4.35

  • Economy 5–8 business days: orders 1 kg–2 kg: $5.50

  • Economy 5–8 business days: orders 2 kg–5 kg: $10.50

  • Economy 5–8 business days: orders 5 kg–10 kg: $18.00

Provision of digital content:

No shipping costs apply to digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Digital content will be provided to you via a link communicated by email.
The email containing the access data for providing the digital content will be sent within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times

For goods individually designed according to customer requirements, the creation of the proof will take place within 3–5 days after conclusion of the contract. The execution of the design work and the delivery of the goods will take place within 7 days after approval of the proof (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless another deadline is stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–3 days, and for international deliveries within 4–14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is only available for registered customers.

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 7 days.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
