Description
The karate booklet consists of 40 pages and includes graphics from the book "ShĹŤtĹŤkan-Kata up to Black Belt | Volume 1", which make the techniques easier to understand and thus optimally support the training.
The first three kata are covered in detail, so that especially at the beginning of the karate way every karateka is perfectly supported.
