Note:
If the opportunity arises on site for longer group excursions on certain days or if it turns out that alternative training times are more suitable and this meets with the approval of the majority, we are open to adjusting the training times on a day-by-day basis.

If you already have objections to the training times, please send us a short e-mail and we will check how we can resolve this.

Karate training sessions

The exact training times are still to be defined and adapted to the hotel's meal times. One training session is planned in the morning and one in the late afternoon.

If the opportunity arises on site for longer group excursions on certain days or if it turns out that alternative training times are more suitable and this meets with the approval of the majority, we are open to adjusting the training times on a daily basis.

Key topics
Deepening the basic principles
Developing a better understanding of karate-specific movements and principles such as contrasts, tension-relaxation, body control, coordination, breathing and more. It also shows how a bridge can be created between karate in Dōjō and your own everyday life in order to sustainably improve your quality of life.

Focus on 1-2 kata (group decision)
Learning and consolidation. Not only the technical aspect and bunkai are scrutinized, but also the basic teachings and messages of the kata.

Costs for cleaning per gi (upper and lower part): 6€

Drop off for cleaning:
You can drop off your gi at reception by 8:00 am.

Please put the gi to be cleaned in the bag that you will find in your room and write your room number on the bag.

Pick up the cleaned gis:
The clean gis can be picked up the following morning at the reception until 8:00 am.

Important notes:
Please sew an identification tag into your Gis to ensure a smooth and correct distribution and please do not remove the extra cleaning identification tag.

Location
Located directly on the breathtakingly beautiful beach of Nora with its crystal-clear water, the hotel offers private access to this dreamlike stretch of coastline. The archaeological site of Nora and other picturesque beaches and landscapes of southern Sardinia, including Santa Margherita di Pula, Cala Cipolla and Tuerredda, are in the immediate vicinity. The charming town of Pula is just 4 km away and can be easily reached by bike or bus. The capital Cagliari is only about 30 km away.

The hotel
A 4-star hotel directly on the beach of Nora, surrounded by a lush and well-tended garden. The swimming pool is located in the center of the beautiful garden oasis and offers guests plenty of space for complete relaxation thanks to covered lounge areas and lounges. Sun loungers and parasols are available for guests at the pool and on the beach. The hotel offer is rounded off by a variety of spa treatments and numerous leisure activities.

Lunch is exclusive and must be booked the evening before via a list displayed in the restaurant. Please inform reception of any last-minute changes (cancellations and registrations).

Every day the hotel bar offers a variety of light lunch options, including salads, antipasti and sandwiches, for an additional charge. You will find the menu in front of the hotel bar.

A visitor's tax of 2.00€ per person per night is payable to the hotel or the municipality on site.

All participants are free to choose their breakfast and dinner times within the times specified by the hotel.

We would like to suggest three joint dinners - participation is of course voluntary:

A typical Sardinian dinner will be served on this evening. Seafood dishes and vegetarian options are available on request.

On Tuesday, October 15 at 4:00 pm, we will meet for a relaxed round of talks with atmospheric background music and lanterns around the pool.

The voluntary get-together lasts until shortly before training starts at 18:00 and is accompanied by an exciting surprise topic.

- Non-alcoholic cocktail: 6.00 €
