Together with Fiore Tartaglia, you'll delve into the deeper levels of karate-dō—moving beyond technique to the spiritual attitude that characterizes karate. Inspired by the philosophy of Japanese martial arts, Zen Buddhism, and his decades of practice, Fiore shares his experience, answers questions, and offers inspiration for how you can integrate mindfulness, clarity, and inner strength into your everyday life.

Whether you're a karateka yourself or simply interested in the Eastern art of living, this session will open up new perspectives for a conscious, fulfilling life. You decide what your goal is: more serenity, mental alignment, dealing with challenges, health in old age, or simply deeper insights into the spirit of karate.
