    USHIRO GERI

    The foot technique to the rear, due to the 180° rotation, is a demanding but very strong technique. The Ushiro geri hits targets in the Chūdan and Jōdan area. It does not appear in the kata. In the master kata Unsu it appears in a jumped version as Ushiro tobi geri.
